What you will need:

• 📱 Enabled USB Debugging on a smartphone (Settings → About phone → Build number —press 7 times, then return to Settings → System → For Developers).
• 🎥 Video in format .mp4, renamed to wallpaper.mp4 and placed in the folder /sdcard/Download/.
