Before you start setting up, you need to make sure that you have a suitable audio file. The system Android supports many formats, but the most universal and stable are MP3 i M4A. If your melody has an extension WAV or FLAC, it can also work, however, some budget phone models may not correctly reproduce formats as a call.
An important aspect is the duration of the track. Songs that are too long may be cut off by the system or cause a delay before playback begins. The optimal ringtone duration is from 15 to 30 seconds.
