For example, for a number from Russia, the format will look like this: https://wa.me/79991234567. When you click on this link, the browser will offer to open the application, and you will immediately be taken to a dialogue window with this user.
This trick works on any device, including tablets, which may not have a call function, but have a messenger installed. This is a great way to quickly contact support or a courier without creating a permanent contact.
